In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, our elves have been hard at work developing procedures and sourcing equipment to ensure the safety of your families and our delivery team. Health and safety is our top priority.
2020 SAFETY MEASURES:
PPE - All delivery personnel will be wearing masks, gloves, and booties and will be equipped with hand sanitizer for application before and after all deliveries. We are proud to continue to deliver Christmas cheer this season as safely as possible. We are requesting all customers also wear a mask in the presence of our team to keep us all safe. We see this as a two-way commitment.
Contactless Delivery - Contactless delivery will be offered as an option when ordering your tree. Delivery personnel will bring the tree to your door but will NOT enter the apartment/office. The tree will still receive a fresh cut, will be set in the stand, and then will be left along with a tree skirt outside your door. Trees will need to be watered within one hour of delivery to ensure the pores do not close.
Note: You still MUST be present to receive the delivery. Trees will not be left outside the home/office without confirmation that there is someone on the other side of the door to receive it.
- E-Tip Functionality - At the time of checkout, you will have the option to tip your delivery team (2 elves per delivery) if you prefer not to handle cash.
In response to COVID-19, many buildings have placed additional restrictions on non-resident entry. Prior to ordering, please confirm with your building that we will be allowed to enter.
If our delivery team arrives and is not permitted to enter the building, the customer will need to meet the delivery team outside to accept the tree.
- If our delivery team arrives and is turned away there will be a $30 re-delivery fee to setup a new delivery date / time.
- If our delivery team arrives and the order must be cancelled, there will be a 50% cancellation fee. Please see our Delivery Service & Policies page for more details on our cancellation policy.
